居酒屋は北海道、すすきの駅の雷井土音 | お客様の声

2024年12月下旬に訪問しました！
この日は札幌最終日前夜です。
お取引先がお休みだったのですが忘年会やりましょうという流れで訪問です。
先方がお店を予約してくれて初めてのお伺いしました。

まずびっくりしたのはお店の読み方です。
ライドオンなかなかインパクトある店名ですぐに記憶しました。笑

立地はすすきの駅からすぐの雑居ビルの2階です。
こちらもお店を知らなければ辿り着くのは難しいかなと思います。

エレベーターを登ってお店に着くと店内はカウンター席とテーブル席が広がっていました。
表現が難しいのですがお店の形が四角形なのですがカウンター席は三角形のような作りで厨房が三角形の中にあるような印象です。

今回は2人でお伺いしましたのでカウンター席に案内してもらいました。
店内に着くととても愛想のいい感じでおしぼりを貰い当日でも飲み放題がありますよとのお声かけを頂いたので飲み放題で注文させてもらいました。
サッポロクラシックの生ビールがついているので北海道といえばやはりこれですね。ありがたい！
日本酒もあったのですが翌日を考えて日本酒は控えました笑

メニューは簡単な感じで手書きメニューでした。
そこからQRで中もできる形でした！

北海道らしいジビエから季節の野菜、アテ、北海道らしいチーズのメニューなどノンジャンルで幅広くありました！
和洋のイメージですね。

お通しで出てきたのは真薯だったと思います。
記憶が曖昧ですいません。
寒い時期なのでとても暖まりました。

特に印象に残るものは。
・味噌3種盛り 600円 税込
・ホタテの磯部バター焼き 550円 税込
・天然蝦夷鹿のステーキ 1,300円 税込
でした。

味噌は自家製ですね。
濃度、風味が全く違う3種をアテにこれだけでお酒が進みます。
日本酒にピッタリだなと思いながら我慢してハイボールで飲み切りました。笑

ホタテの磯部バター焼きは想像できる味なのですがやはり想像できたとしても美味い。
ノリがまた非常に美味しく1人前を2つに分けてくれたのですが男性2人だったので1人前ずつ貰っても良いのかなと思いました。美味しいです！

天然蝦夷鹿のステーキは北海道ならではですよね。
鮮度のいいジビエ肉を食べれるのって北海道くらいしかないのかなと思います。
こちらは獣独特の臭みなどなくレアで柔らかく非常にジューシーでした。
ラムもそうですが臭みが残ってるものを食べてしまうとどうしても苦手意識つきやすいのですがこれは本当に美味しい蝦夷鹿でした。

飲み放題にしたこともあり価格も全体的にかなりリーズナブルに食事できました！
普段使いしやすいお店だなと思いました。
どれを食べても美味しかったので地元民も多く利用してそうでした。
